that supplements the Telephony Server documentation.

1. Compatibility Information
----------------------------

This supplement applies ONLY to servers that are running
version 7.00 SP2 of the Telephony Server software.

IMPORTANT
---------

Because this supplement updates components of the Dialogic
System Software (DSS), you must shut down the Dialogic
service on the Telephony Server platform before you install
the supplement.

3. Product Changes Contained in This Supplement
-------------------------------------------------

This supplement is designed to add support to Telephony
Server version 7.00 SP2 for Nortel Norstar outband integrations
based on Intel Dialogic D/42 or D/82 linecards. For
information on configuring the Telephony Server platform for
this integration, see the Nortel Norstar D/42 or D/82
Station Set Emulation Integration Technical Note.

4. Installing This Supplement
-------------------------------
Be sure to back up all Telephony Server files before you 
begin this procedure. 


To install the supplement:

1)  Perform a thorough backup of the telephony server
    platform, if you have not done so already.
    
2)  Shut down the Telephony Server software.

3)  Shut down the Dialogic service using Dialogic
    Configuration Manager (DCM), but leave the operating
    system running.

3)  On the Start menu, click Run.... In the Run dialog box, 
    click Browse. 

4)  In the Browse dialog box, navigate to the location of
    the file 700SP2NorstarSupp.exe. Double-click this file to
    return its name to the Run dialog box, then click OK to
    begin the setup process.

5)  In the Telephony Server v7.00 SP2 Norstar Supplemental
    ReadMe dialog box, click Next.

6)  In the Setup Complete dialog box, select Yes, I want to 
    restart my computer now. Then remove any removable disks 
    from their drives and click Finish. 
    
7)  After the telephony server platform has restarted, 
    either start the Telephony Server software or verify 
    that it is running.
