Patch 37846 for Telephony Server 7.00 SP2: Readme File

This install requires that CX 7.00 SP2 is already installed on your system.
The primary focus of this update is to provide additional integration support for the
Mitel 3300 ICP switch using the MiTAI integration.
 
The following items are addressed for the integration:

*	Reconnect support in the case where LAN connectivity has been lost
	between the switch and CallXpress. In order to make this work you 
	must provide CallXpress with the IP address of the Mitel 3300 ICP
        switch.
*       Dial templates are exposed on the integration tab.
*       Numerous fixes for various integration reliabilty issues.

        CallXpress will survive a switch reboot via the scheduled reboot
        mechanism, but ONLY if the "Courtesy" feature enabled, and you have
        provided CallXpress with the IP address of the switch. See the
        documentation accompanying your 3300 ICP for information regarding
        the "Courtesy" setting.

In order to provide the IP address of the Mitel 3300 ICP switch to CallXpress,
follow these steps:

1.      Once installation is complete, click Start, then Settings, then
        Control Panel.
2.      In the Control Panel, double-click the CallXpress Administration
        utility. When the utility has started, click the Integrations tab.
3.      Select the Mitel 3300 ICP MiTAI integration and click Edit.
4.      In the PBX IP Address or Computer Name text box, type the IP address of 
        the Mitel 3300 ICP telephone system, then click Apply, followed by OK.
